Phillip Garrido Bail Set at $30 Million

El Dorado County Superior Court Judge Douglas Phimister set Phillip Garrido's bond at $30 million. Phillip Garrido, as well as his wife Nancy, is accused of kidnapping Jaycee Dugard in 1991 and keeping her in their Antioch, CA home for 18 years. Phillip fathered two children with Jaycee.
